What makes The Cabin different?
We keep things small and considered, with many pieces made to order to reduce unnecessary waste, inclusive sizing, and two trees planted with every order.
How do your sizes fit?
Each product has its own size guide, so give it a quick check before ordering. We offer inclusive sizing across the range, and if you’re stuck between sizes, drop us a message and we’ll help.
Why is it made to order?
We’re a small UK business and produce many of our pieces to order. It means we make what’s actually wanted rather than holding heaps of unwanted stock, helping us keep waste down.
Do you accept returns?
Of course! Please note, we’re a small independent business, so we kindly ask you to check our size guide before ordering. If you’re unsure, just message us and we’ll happily help with sizing.
If it’s still not quite right, eligible items can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Return postage is covered by the customer.
How long does shipping take?
Every order is made for you in the UK and ships within 7 days, often sooner. UK tracked delivery is £4.95, or free over £50, and usually arrives 1–3 business days after dispatch. EU delivery is £10.99 (5–10 business days) and the rest of the world is £15.99 (7–14 business days).
