We’re a small, independent brand (no Amazon budget 😅), but we want you to love what you ordered.

If something’s not quite right, you can return your item within 14 days of receiving your order.

💌 Return shipping is on you (unless the item is faulty or we’ve made a mistake).

Please Note:

All t-shirts are made to order, ensuring you receive a product of the highest quality. Please keep this in mind when placing your order, as it may slightly extend the processing time.
Our standard processing time is 1-3 business days. Once your order is processed, we'll ship it out promptly using the selected delivery method.

Additional Information:

Order Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number once your order is shipped, allowing you to monitor its progress.
Customs Duties: For international orders, please be aware that you may be subject to import duties or taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team (hello@thecabin.store) within 7 days of receiving your order.
